Updating server with new map update

hey been trying to connect today after the center updated and i cant. tried validating twice restarted steam ark and all of that so i was wondering did the server not update to the new map and thats why i cant connect?

The Center map updated.

Download is about 800MB so may take some time on snail connections. CLIENT RESTART REQUIRED!!! May need to restart steam completely to force the update download.

The next major update is due today which will take the map completion to 95% so buildings will be safe from future updates. If you are interested in watching the map creation progress you can view evilmrfranks stream here:

The easiest way to add the server to your favourites:
1) Open up the main steam window
2) Click view > servers
3) In the next window click the favourites tab
4) At the bottom click add a server
5) Add this address: play.arkworldpvp.com:27015
6) Check favourites in game

sadly the only one who can restart the server is MF, who's taking a nap right now. he usually only sleeps for 2-3 hrs at a time, so hopefully it will be up soon
