cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\A New Zero"
or some other path where you installed A New Zero. Then do:
anewzero.exe -dedicated
This will run a dedicated server with the settings you last used to host a game with. This gives me a black window.
To host a game, do "start game" from the main menu of A New Zero, configure it to what you want and enable the option "Host". Also, in the "Other" tab of the "Options" menu, you can configure the UDP port to use and the maximum server bandwidth to use. The default values are ok.
If you want people to be able to connect to your server from the internet, you must configure your router to forward the port 27584 (default) to the machine where the server is running.
You can connect to your dedicated server by starting A New Zero the regular way and selecting your own server from the server list (join game).
