Sharing lobby while sitting in ander channel...

When you're allowed to do so, when you're NOT allowed:

First of all, you need to recognize all people where you are at (in lobby). Question comes up... how do i recognize familiar people ?
Pretty basic go to his / her Steam profile, check Group page -> Groups -> Ander's forces @AF must be there, if you're in @AF means everything is fine.

Remember, all 10 players who joined must be familiars

NOT ALLOWED:
Par example, you jumping into a public channel, with unfamiliar people, you just need some people to filling last few slots, DO NOT SHARE that kind of lobby into my channel.

You're at risk of getting banned, sharing improper lobby repeatedly!

Because many people they misunderstood, I thought to explain better:
One of our rules says: Don't share lobby while running in any of public channel
Well, what's that supposed to mean ? it means when / while lobby is running / opened with familiar members only, you're only allowed to share into my channel, NOT somewhere else. I hope it's more clear now.

Flooding any lane in game

First go feed the winning team, until you have 5-6 deaths. Afterward, If you're deciding to flood / stack up / build up any lane in game, first step: once you're surrounded by melee creeps, don't stay in same place you'll get abandon in this way, second step: kill at least one creep near to you from time to time or else there's a big chance to receive an abandon if you don't take experience at all while you're stuck in the pile of creeps. You will release this army which you have gathered after everyone confirming they're done with all quests / missions, not sooner than that. There are only two heroes suitable for a such task called 'flooding': Tide and Timbersaw because they don't require too much farm.

Do not do any of the following:

- Flame or insult other members / insulting posts (do not be rude to others)
- Personal attacks, flames, and offending language won't be tolerated
- No excessive swearing (Keep cursing to minimum)
- Don't multipost. Make your topic once, in case you forgot something to add to your currently post, use the edit function instead of a new reply
- Do NOT backseat moderating Example: 'This topic is dumb. Lock it please!'

- Do not make inappropriate posts / threads. Do not post inappropriate links
- NO begging for items, it doesn't matter if you begging for Dota 2, CS:GO
or other game items. Begging of any sort NOT allowed, just don't do it
- Posting other people's phone numbers, addresses, email, pictures, etc. without their permission
- Posting hate oriented remarks towards a certain gender, religion, nationality,
ethnicity not allowed
- Advertising that offends will not be tolerated, besides promoting it constantly it's not ok
- If someone made you mad, don’t reply right away… take a walk, calm down, and then come back and reply
- Don't make posts that are inflammatory just to get people riled up
- Post links to phishing sites
- Impersonating staff members is strictly forbidden

Yes, you can let your friends know about channel. Invite anyone who's willing to follow the rules. Make sure that they understand. Everyone will answer for their own actions / faults meaning you are responsible for yourself, including newcomers.

Punishment for leaving if set is not finished...

If one person leaving after half of set (he still got 10 minutes while pause is on to returning in the game / party though as one of our rules says), if 10 minutes passes and he's not back it will be considered leaving willingly, which more likely gonna be a set ruined (we will try to replace him with someone who's willing to join, in case we get in the proper game / match, there will be no ban given. Supposing will be miss match game the person who never returned will be punished as he deserves.) It doesn't matter whether you win or lose in first game. He will be punished accordingly to temporarily ban / temporary restriction for 8 days first strike, second strike might be 16 days+, third strike maximum days which is 30 days.

There is no excuse when a person does not follow rules, there will be 'three strikes afterwards you still have one last chance to reestablish yourself.' Don't screw it up! If you have been banned for 8 days, that means it was / it's your first strike. No exceptions. Friendly advice, if your Internet connection is not stable and keeps dropping off frequently better you don't join!
If you have little time again do not join!

Ban Appeal

To post a ban appeal it must first be correctly structured. Follow the format bellow:

We will review the situation. However this does not guarantee that your ban will be lifted!

No Excuses. Don't even think about using the following excuses:
'I don't know why i am banned, i have done nothing wrong.'
'I have been banned for no reason pls unban me.'
Also I heard this plenty of times:
'My brother, sister, girl-next-door, cousin, grandpa, Obama president and so on... did it and I don't deserve to be banned.'

In addition you're not going to get anywhere with rage posts or overreactions.

BANNED / DENIED LIST

Suddenly, If you were kicked from our steam group @AF that means you were banned. In case you get temporarily ban, you will not be kicked from the group.
There are two types of rule breaking (violation) can be lower / medium-level either higher-level (pretty much depends on the situation, and how often do you violate rules.)
lower / medium = temporarily (can vary up to 30 days maximum the higher one, it depends upon the situation... besides it depends on the mood)
higher = permanently (luckily can be appealed)
NOTE: Temporarily ban cannot be appealed, also all strikes (first, second, third) cannot be removed, in fact they continuously accumulate during the season, while it's available

If you're temporarily banned, you can farm anywhere you want. There's no restriction!

Necessary to read: If you're not careful enough, and you'll be playing with banned players the penalty for the two leaders will be according equal with his current ban-time (strikes won't apply on these terms.) However if you'll be playing with unfamiliar people the tempban will be decided by me or staff member. Just the both leaders from each party group will be affected, they have to ensure no one is currently banned, pay close attention to everyone / unfamiliar ones who joined in lobby or party group (LEADER'S DUTY)

The International Battle Pass 2016 Quests / Arcane rune forbidden

We pretty much allowing all quests, with only one exception Arcane rune quest NOT ALLOWED, it takes so goddamn long to literally finish. Arcane Runes almost never spawn, someone just played near to 50 minutes game in which there were only two arcane runes. It's forbidden Arcane quest.
