Welcome to the revival of Alwaysfunkilling.

In 2011 this community was founded by Nosferatu*Joe & Sneaky with a focus on the well-known warcraft mod from Counter-Strike:Source. The community consisted of a large amount of warcraft enthusiasts who regularly played on our unique warcraft modded server.
Sadly the journey came to an end in 2015 when CSGO became the go-to counter-strike, causing lack of popularity on our server. Although I had a lot of requests for a warcraft server on CSGO the mod sadly wasn't compatible back then.

BUT, the wait is finally over! I'm proud to announce that I've managed to recreate the AFK server on CSGO with a fully working and improved warcraft mod (thanks to the warcraft modding community).

I've put countless hours into crafting the server to an improved and similar version of our CSS server from 6 years ago, so I hope you guys enjoy it!

__**Additional server information:**__
- Passive XP gains when offline/online
-> I didn't forget about our OG players from CSS, therefor this has been added so players who don't have much time on their hands can still gain XP when they're offline.
- CSS style bunnyhop & movement
- XP gains on every important game event; hostage rescues, assists, bomb plant/defuse, ..
- !emote -> fortnite inspired dance moves and emotes, funny way to celebrate kills or taunt your enemies :slight_smile:
- NO !hats !skins, I purposely did not add this because I find that it removes the value of the skins,hats,.. that have been bought with money. Might add a version with select items, not all.
- OG maplist, with nostalgic maps like; aztec, crackhouse, chateau, dolls, losttemple, pyramid, temple, hoejhus, wcs_dust2, etc..
- 98% uptime, no more hourly crashes like on CSS. As of now the server hasn't crashed for days, please report if it does crash.
- 132 races, these have been thoroughly tested and should not contain any bugs. Some OG races are included, you can request old races to be recoded and added to the list. Contact NosferatuJoe for this.

PS:The server has reduced damage to increase the Time To Kill (TTK), please report your feedback on this.

Hello,

I'm so sorry that I've been absent for such a long time and that it looked like I abandoned the community.
Unfortunately I was thinking about selling or shutting down AFK because I was too busy in real life.
Luckily my real life problems and objectives are solved (got my diploma whoow! 8-) ) and I'm back once again to invest some time into AFK and play some WCS.

To "celebrate" my comeback I set up a triple exp event and I fixed the server issues regarding the FastDL/missing map error.
Additional to that I'll be browsing for a whole set of new maps to make sure there is enough variation into the rotation. This should counter the problem of getting bored of playing, as some say this is the problem that the server got empty.

Map requests and any ideas are welcome!

You may or may not know that it's my birthday tomorrow, and y'all also know that we haven't done an event in ages, therefor we're holding a TRIPLE exp weekend.

Hey guys. I'm glad to announce the new server IP. The "old" provider was causing lag and issues.

The old server will now have 1 slot. We did that so that people connecting to the old server will see the IP of the new server.
It will run ads every 5 seconds with the new server IP.

The new server will be online as of tonight to see how things go. We appreciate if you report bugs, problems and/or glitches that you may have encountered.
