From my perspective, all members of the Alpha Squad are leaders one way or another. Therefore I think that it is everyone's job to take the initiative to try and make this group larger.<br><br>I have been asked about the invitation policies. In example &quot;Who can I invite to [Alpha Squad]?&quot; Simply read the group description and if you read between the lines you will notice the requirements. All of the requirements do not necessarily have to be reached, but the more the better.<br><br>Bottom line, try inviting people that you experience are fun, active and skilled. They do not need to be really skilled, just decent is fine. Some people might be afraid of getting rejected if they ask for an invitation, so do not show yourself to be too harsch. <br><br>Also, we are mainly a group that wants to have as much fun as possible, and it is always more joyful the larger a group is.
