Field Technician

Full Time Position - Location will be NorthEast TN and SW Virginia

Benefits Including Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation and Paid Holidays.

Schedule - Monday through Friday 830am till 530pm

Qualifications:

Comptia A+ & Network+ Certification Preferred or Equivalent Experience

Background Check & Drug Test is required

Self Starter, Self Motivated and able to Multi-task

Good Working Knowledge of How Computer's, Networks, and PC's Work and Operate.

Customer Service and Communication Skills.

Money Handling Skills.

Good Phone Skills and in person skills

Disassemble and Re-Assemble of Desktop and Mac computers.

Ability to troubleshoot Networking, Server, and Firewall Probllems - Sonicwall and Watchguard experience is a plus.

Able to use a ticketing system and keep information up to date and customers informed.

Summary of Job Duties:

The applicants applying for the job should be Very Reliable, Professional, and work independently. Also have the ability to communicate with customers on the phone and in-person. The Job will be in the field performing repairs customer's computers, networks, and servers. Must be able to work independently and self-manage multiple tasks at one time.
