At this time AIE doesn't have an "officially sanctioned" presence on Steam, but that may change in the future. Since Scott is part of this group, I'd call it about as close to official as you can get. :)

There are a few groups with AIE in the name on Steam, just wanted to check that this is the "official" group for the WoW guild. I figured as much being that it had the most members by far, but just checking.
