Our banlist was full, so I cleared it and just re-added all the actual IP bans that weren't obviously tor proxies (figure it's kind of stupid to keep a tor proxy banned given shoe seems to have an endless source of them). If I accidentally unbanned someone who should be banned, just reban them and post it to the group, please.
