Hey, im on the Island server, I used a teleporter with my Thyla and it put us in a person house. And now my Thyla is stuck in there. Can someone help me get it out?

Checking.. I see no mod updates and when i re-log its fine. Make sure you are subscribed to all the mods, I just Recently added Platform Plus and Platforms anywhere to Aberration Zerver.

are there updates for the mods? i cant find the server, and when i join from steam client, it says "mod version mismatch"

Also to note - Ark Aberration seems to have disabled most use of even a normal Grappling Hook + Disabled Use of Tek Teleporters. This was deliberate on behalf of Ark. They want us climbing and gliding around.

Reusable Plus - http://v1.steam.hlxgame.cc/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=693416678 . Dreadfully after Ark v275 - Using the grappling hook caused any server to crash, the mod was removed from Zerver till its updated.

You should add in all 3 servers the pop up window after loggin to server about zerver unit zu group for all new players. To help spread the word. So you dont run into this prob again.

Zerver host migrating Zervers to a better data center. I was blind sided on this. It'll be up the moment they are done.

tribe members cant get into server. shows server loads up then crashes to desktop for all of us.

If i heard right, there was a steam outage. Maybe that was the result because there was no updates.

Looking into it now.

Cant seem to loginto any of the servers. Can see them but time out error. Seems to be hitting every one in the house + a few Clan mates

Had 2 incidents with Ragnarok and the save corrupting. Needed to rollback to a slightly older save, I've conclude like said related to other many reports on S+ Bug Reports. There was x2 Protective Passive Updates and finally another S+ Update being why the server was down most of later in the day yesterday. Hopefully again this update helps correct some issues resulting in corrupted saves though ours have been minor. With all this I just wanted to note I've evolved a bit to be more timely with these things when i have to work since i know this has been a drag at times. As of last night I've now got the server linked with my mobile so i can keep an eye and update when I'm not home. Also sometime this week I'll be setting up a discord that'll also be linked to my mobile...

@john3979. There has been a lot of mod updates in the last couple of weeks. The admins will get the servers mods up to date soon.

Getting mod mismatch error was able to play most of the morning. Now when I log in I get this error.

Cant say for sure what caused the save to currupt. But servers crashing seems to be a big trend in S+ Bug Reports but on that topic that has been going on... We havent had an issues till now. Ragnarok was rolled back a half hour to kick start it back up. Hopefully it was just a minor thing.

Well thats a first it went and crashed its self, there always seems to be a suprise waiting for me when i have to sleep or work. Working on it now.

Mod Mismatch Logging In > Protected Passives Update. Server is coming back online, sorry for the lack of warning. I cant if im not in there but i promise the save was only with in a minute before the update.

Structure Plus sloped underwater compartments placed before the updates reported in the bug reports to crash players or server. I Destroyed All BP_Underwater_Cube_Sloped_C should fix the problem. If there is anymore issues let me know, Thank you. =]

Hi do you guys have a discord? we are having a problem on ragnarok where we crash when we get close to this big base, my friend and another group of people are stuck and so are their dinos. They cannot log in because it auto crashes them due to being stuck in there. is there any way i could get help with this? perhaps kill their bodies so they can respawn somewhere else? please help :/

I would not know myself but i would guess to insure its downloaded? From http://store.steampowered.com/dlc/346110/ - Even when you select the game from you're libary on the main page, the box for DLC, will tell you what you have currently installed for the game.
