Explanation: it'll be medevil only for the time being, but soon after i'll put in a melee only mod and broaden the scopes to more game modes and maps. I'll be using mostly custom maps. so eventually we'll be an all-mode, melee only server.

Some custom, and a mix of mods, I do not know how to explain it.

how will this tf2 server work will it just be stock maps or will there be custom maps and game modes as well

Well 50 hp is really low already, I mean 1 m4a1 shot should be able to kill you.

Sounds good, hp might need to be turned down, Sounds cool

I would suggest a predalien class.
First skill : Triple Knife Damage
Second skill: Invis 50-90%
Third skill: Can only use knives and deagle
Fourth skill: Increased Deagle damage 10-30%
50 hp,100-200 speed
