yeah I've been waiting a week for a ticket what is happening

no one has responded to my ticket in 27 hours is this the normal response time??

Is the ticket system down and so are the servers, my gmod server doesn't connect to steam servers apparently. Is something happening within the network?

I'm sure it will be fixed eventually - I just haven't gotten a response, is all. Soon enough, they'll fix it, I'm sure

they have been a reliable company for years trust ali will fix the issue asap

While support tickets still appear to be down, if you already own a server, it is likely still very functional (or somewhat depending on the situation)

I currently own a small modded minecraft server, and it actually seems to work for the moment aside from now FREQUENTLY running out of space (which it didn't do two weeks ago). This is easily dealt with, as I can just delete old world backups, but I have a feeling it might be related to the recently described issues.

To those of you calling it a scam, I'd love it if you'd stop. I've owned a server on three separate occasions, and Xenon has been relatively quick each time. They aren't doing this on purpose, and when it does get fixed it's likely that EVERYONE will be given some free hosting credit as compensation.

As to what I think the cause of the outage is, I have a feeling it has something to do with their data storage arrays. Something similar once happened at my school, and nobody could access their student drives for a day.

When i go i the part that says contact us it says critical error ive been waiting for my server that i paid 26 dollars for a week i think its a scam unless i get some feedback.

Help me i just bought a server and no one can connect it says connect LAN servers are restricted to local clients (class C).
