I assume every has seen Live dates for Archeage. Launches 16 sept and opne beta beforehand i Believe the headstartstarts 12.9 for us priviliged to have that :) See you all in-game ....

Abolisher all the way baby. Eating dem archers up for breakfast :P Don't know why, never cared much for caster/range type of combat. Tried Primeval in the beta and meh. The Daggerspell, however, looks darn good. Will probably roll it for my alt.
The pots are IN-SANE. Not sure if they are going to let this in the game as it is or try to balance it ... Guild Wars 2 has a pretty good system for food buffs. If you use em' you get a little spike in your stats and if you don't you still stand a decent chance. In AA ... well, Kaotik's post pretty much sums it up.

Archers have others skills too. I'm planning on rollin' full archer at release (sorry no more healz) because of the range and mobility plus zie cool snipe skill later.
The main complain about those buffs was that you could use them in arena.
I think as AA is a crafting game they deserve to be there. Now we need people to make them!

Yeah those pots are pretty ridiculous, i mean 2.4k extra defence is like an extra set of armour... also the spellbooks from printing proficiency, the damage one gives +86 extra magic/melee damage and the defence one reduces -60 something of all incoming damage. Stack all those and fight someone who doesnt have them, they cant touch you especially archers they do 1 damage with their staple skill.

There was a thread on the official forum named something like "potions = godlike?" which talked about those end buffs.
There is even this scroll that flat out reduces damage (which is why the arrows deal 1 dmg). So yea it's TOTALY doable to kill 10 people solo if you've got the gear and buffs. Nothing's gonna stop you, really. Also the monsters hit like trucks, no wonder why half of them got killed only by monsters which he claimed to have "defeated". dumbasses anyway :D

Indeed. Wasn't thinking of becoming OP like that instantly if I role ever choose to role a defiler. Abolisher will still be my first pick, most likely. Unless daggerspell convinces me in the open beta (will lvl one up :D )

The defiler has really good gear + very high end pots they give 2400 magic and physical defence on top of his already high hp and defence =insane tank ...its not indicative of how good a defiler is when hes fighting way less geared/unbuffed people they were doing like less than 1k dmg with some of their hardest hitting skills lol (mage in first clip did 300 dmg with chain lightning...) . Either way the build itself is good just dont expect to face roll people 5v1 when they have similar gear. Loved the video editing of the gameplay though really nice.

Aw sheet dudes. I might actualy become an efficient healer this friday!
@LowerComments: Witch has some stupidly strong CC/combos already. use enervate and earth grip right after = big damage + heals the same amount... Put in it a tanky build and you are set.

Well, he wrote what his gear is in the description, also explained stuff in the comments about the skill chain, how he levels it etc.
I might try it. I mean, we'll all have end-game gear some day. Why the ♥♥♥♥ not be awesome with it :D

Hello, Irrumatio ing.

So first off i would like to tell that i won't be playing a lot this beta but i will be trying random skillsets with new characters so i will know what i play at launch.
Secondly i will probably get CBT3 keys so if someone needs them don't worry ill try to get as much as possible and im not sure if i will be very active till launch.
Thirdly im sad that i can't play a lot this beta and i can't spend much time with you all :( because your all awesome :) so good luck and have fun this beta.
