When I signed on to be the General Secretary, I thought that Palfer was going to leave. At that point, and at this point, I believe that the desicions Palfer makes for the tier are not good ones. Thus, to free us from Palfer, I have decided to join another tier. So, the Union leaves. Also, I invite all of the people that feel the same way to this new tier.
