12 people is honestly way too many if you want to actually get more than 1/3 of the way through the game. Smaller groups of 3-4 are more realistic.

It would be fun. Also, players can now join and leave at any time during the game... Which makes that a little more feasible now. I can even actually schedule it as an event for this group. :dealwithit:
