It's not so much the no-micers that bother me, it's the no-micers that don't type the second they are down, which is about 95% of them.

That, and the ones that do have a mic, but wait until they are incapped before saying something.

A team with mics wont always beat a team without mics...but a good team with mics will almost always beat a good team without mics. Do you need a mic to do well? No, but you will never do as well as you could with a mic.

Putting some mods on my server to run Realism versus full time soon. realism Versus is to good. It will be around 1 way or another full time.

I always tell ppl in game that it's 2010 not 1991, this game was specifically designed around group co-ordination, go buy a $20 mic. Could you imagine playing the vs mutation without a mic, impossible.
