Over the next couple days Francis and I will pretend that we are government beauracrats and attempt to create overly complex flow charts and document upon document of how exactly the hierarchy system will be functioning within the clan. From their we will decide how people will obtain these posistions. We will probably also go to work and eat and all those human stuff too.
