I wanted to take moment to reflect on what WUG is and how we can all improve upon this very awesome community.

The Watch Us Game moderators are here for you. We serve your needs and want to be able to address concerns if you guys ever have them. We want to do right by this group and ensure that we foster trust within the community.

That said, if we are not told your concerns, we cannot address them.

I'm posting to remind everyone that the moderators have an open door policy concerning WUG events, concerns and questions. We humbly ask that if, somehow, your experience in WUG isn't the best it could be, then by all means, please let us know. We want to work with you all to ensure that WUG is the best collaborative community out there, and we need your feedback to do it.

Reach out, WUGs. If you've a community idea you'd like to bring forward, please contact FluffyGuy or his Watcher, Burlyman. If there's a dispute that you wish to see resolved, please contact me, RentAHero, or my Watchers, Rabblerouser and Zenith. If you have concerns about the overall direction of WUG, or wish to address a concern about the moderators themselves, please contact Flaming Monocle.

We are here for you. We want your experience here to be all it can be. But please remember, we're only human. We'll make mistakes, and we're not mind readers. It takes all of WUG working together to be a strong community.

Greetings, WUGs. Hero here.

As you all know, I serve WUG in the Warden role. My job is ensuring the safety of Watch Us Game members and monitoring the forum for posts that do not fit within our guidelines against self-promotion. I hope that I have done a satisfactory job in keeping WUG a safe place, and keeping the link spam to a minimum.

Recently though, it's become apparent to the moderators that we cannot do the job alone, nor should we. To that end, Monocle, Beutimus and myself have agreed that an expansion of the mod staff is needed to assist the Warden and the Vox in the execution of their duties.

And so, it is my distinct pleasure to announce that I am seeking two members of Watch Us Game to join me as members of the Warden team. (Beutimus will also be seeking team members for the Vox, so keep an eye out for that)

This role will be known as Watchers, and for my part of WUG, my Watchers will be assisting me in matters of adjudication, rule enforcement and safety. In the interests of transparency, this will not be the easiest of roles, and will sometimes involve conflict resolution. As such, I must make it clear that serving as a Warden Watcher means putting WUG as a whole ahead of any personal attachments one might have here, and also a commitment to the safety of the group and its bylaws.

Most importantly, this role will serve as a non-voting position on matters of WUG direction and tone, as that is currently the province of the Consul, Flaming Monocle. However, Watchers will be part of weekly moderator discussions concerning upcoming events and their opinions and feelings will have exceptional weight.

Just wanted to thank everyone for accepting the invites to the group as we all embark on the next stage of Watch Is Game!

So, with that in mind, I wanted to direct your attention to the Discussions section where we've opened up some new opportunities to showcase your work!

Right now, we're trying to compile a master list of every WUG members information, most notably your streaming schedules if you have one. Beutimus, our illustrious Vox, is prepared to post your streaming schedule and links to this master list to ensure that no WUG will be unaccounted for.

If you'd like your information added to this master list, please contact Beutimus directly and give him your streaming/upload schedules and where you can be seen!
