I figured out some great Ideas for a System how this will work, it took some time but if this works it will be great, its a fair system so nobody will have any advance.

Another thing, if anybody of you has any of the Brazilian guys on friends plz invite them and tell them of the project (Brazilians: Gimenegati, 10xxx, surRendi, mav)
