Im happy that with our weekend engagements our adopted firing killed three people in seperate encounters. please watch the videos i have linked it show formations with written reasons for moving in them. Building corridor and room clearance drills, Recom team duties detailed explanation and an in game persect view of a fireteam engagement routine with the correct issued voice command procedures.
Watching them will give you guys the basic knowledge of what im telling you guys to do out in the field.

I just double checked the price of it, it's 40$ now. But, it's a full featured recording software, and from the sounds of it, we're gonna be recording a lot. I'm guessing we'll be recording our drills for members that don't make it to the training?

I dont mind having two timezone teams it will definitely help the accessibility to get involved with team driven goals, i know from experience timezones can make you feel like your sitting on the bench if your not from set area.

FRAPS is a good low resource recorder that can capture any resolution and the application is easy to understand, there's a free and a paid version, it's only 10$ last I checked, its well worth it if you plan on doing a lot of recording. I've got a lot of tactical experience from my time in 7th Cav with firing squads, I can probably help you and xtcjester organize training. Maybe we can have two groups, one for the UK time zones, and one for the US time zones?

Nerve gratitude is due where its due keep up communication standards like that thats exactly what this room needs feedback and opinions. A team needs to be be a two way thing i write these posts so i can get some form of notification half the time i then log onto our map and still see non marked players! Me and jester have both discussed cuts and rehiring policy on inactive members this type of meeting is important so think about if you are staying put here or not we will turf out the inactive i cannot be more blunt than that.

Response to Arma2 post... I fully agree i actually believe arma 2 due to it being more complete than dayz is at the minute is an invaluable resource for squad training to the height of what we aim for, itll allow for use of variety of weapons aswell as explosives which i cannot currently teach on dayz standalone due to absense.

I will be constructing diagrams of my own with a team example video for our group members to view only.

I usually operate on wednesdays U.K. time 7pm onwards aswell as saturdays from 2pm onwards till late aswell as same times Sunday.

Can you recommend good gameplay recording software to playback monitored tactics from viewed perspective to correct individuals mistakes.

We should also get together in 6-man squads on Project Reality on ARMA 2, given that you own A2.

Msg me for more details on file sharing, I've got a lot of experience with it.

Also, use Google Docs for your diagrams/videos to give people access, you can give select access as well.
