if you are struggling with any like mental problems or whatnot please dont be afraid to get help. If not for your sake, but for mine, because i do not want another miku on my hands. I personally cant help you beyond words like "its gonna be ok" or "i care about you" or whatever (full disclosure if i tell you that then know that it is hollow and void), but i can tell you to get help from people that actually can.

um like i can also give u some advice ig??? idk:
- dont internalize your feelings, get those out and about: bottling up feelings isnt gonna do anything or help anyone because eventually those feelings WILL spill out and create a huge mess.
- just communicate your feelings. dont be afraid that someone's gonna get pissed at you for them or whatever, in fact
- be the you that you can be proud of and you and only you. caring about what others think about you is only gonna slow you down.
- practice self-therapy if you cant readily go to a therapist. ofc it shouldnt be a replacement for real therapy, but it definitely does help
- ffs get therapy im not a therapist LMFAO

sorry if this didnt feel entirely genuine or anything im not a therapist and i cant help you properly, but i thought i should say this bc 1) the ♥♥♥♥ that happened with teto of ye olde n miku but also 2) bcuz nobody is alone in whatever they are suffering with, there's always someone having the same problem as you. now actually finding and connecting with those ppl is really up to u, but i wanted ppl to know that.
