As we're going for a more serious look, 42nd Shitter Divsion will be renamed to Territory Liberation Forces, paying homage to the territorial raids conducted against Hydra, PoD and COOR. Anyways, the new one is the same except this time there is no glow so you can expand it however much you want (plus it's in PNG format so you have transparency should you need it for something else). The resolution of the new icon is 1400x1400, each bar being 200x1200 and having a distance of 200 horizontally and 100 vertically. If you do need the icon for any reason, feel free to send me a DM since I can't upload the image directly here.
