Server has been updated a bit!

Right now we're doing a 1.5x EXP multiplier so EXP should be a bit easier to obtain.
Taming speed has also been increased by 20%.
We've also upped the Dino Spawn Count by an aditional 10%. I experiemented with 20% and it was just a little too much.

Beyond that I've added a forum for us where we can communicate easier and vote in polls and submit events and event ideas! Head on over, sign up, introduce yourself, and let's have some fun! There's already information up regarding a new event to get a Ultra-Rare mount so be sure to check it out!

In the meantime, I'm waffling the idea of adding an Admin to the team seeing as how Rom and I are covered up with life at the moment. So, may be having interviews or something for that in the near future.

I'm going to look into the spawn charts when I get home from work today and figure out if there's something holding the quetz from spawning or if they are spawned but just up too high or under the ground.

Yeah, I've mainly been searching there, even tried killing all the dinos that spawn there but none spawn.

Latest update added in a corpse locator, and Disable Structure Placement Collision, can you enable it on the server?

Where I set up my base, I found a cave that has a ton of pearls/oils.
I haven't seen any giant squads but I've seen a ton of plesiosaurs(and like 2 megalodons)

nova, generally higher level dinos spawn further north and inland. i did read in the steam forums that they ended up shrinking the ocean space but personally, i didnt notice that since im too focused on looking for shiny pearls and running away from giant squids lol.

Do more ocean dinos spawn up in the north?

Server is currently having some Memory related issues. We're going to be trying to fix this, which we thought we had it fixed, but that may call for saving this world and running a new one for about 2-3 hours to see if the issue happens again. There is a distinct chance that there is a bugged Dino Spawner in the world...which can't be fixed and requires a fresh world save...

xikeyazi is the neutral base on craggs or on stonehenge? I saw that it was in the middle of the lake in stonehenge and dropped off some gear into one of the storage boxes. hope that wasnt someone's random house LOL.

Also going to add that we have setup a neutral base at the craig point south of the map. This area is entirely neutral. There will be no killing, combat, griefing, or structure destruction allowed at all. We'll be enforcing bans on this one. Feel free to stop by the building, hang out, take shelter, make trade deals, etc. We'll be adding in some other stuff to make it more convenient as a hangout such as cooking utensils and whatnot.

Just to add to that, these SE creatures will be a bit on the rare side as we actually have to catch them, tame them/raise them on Roms' SE single player and transfer them over which we have to bring the server down to do as downloads are not active. The eggs themselves cannot be transfered so they must be spawned in via command. This means that they have 0 HP and cannot be hatched. So if you're one of the lucky individuals who finds one of these eggs, DO NOT PUT IT DOWN ONCE YOU PICK IT UP OR IT GOES POOF.

Hey guys. I'm going to be setting up a Neutral Zone Hangout area that will also act as a News Hub. We'll be putting up information on events, bounties, and other such things. No killing or violence will be tolerated at all in this area and we'll set it to defend against wild dinos. I'll be working on it today and hopefully have everything together so if you're tired of just sitting at base and talking to people in global we'll have this setup.

In other news : The Wyvern Egg Hunt is now active. Somewhere on the island we have hidden a Wyvern Egg that Romulus brought over from his Scorched Earth SP. It will be active for exactly 7 days. The first person to contact us with the egg and bring it to us will get a baby wyvern to raise. I will state that these Wyverns cannot harm stone or reinforced structures so they will not cause anymore damage than an average flyer but they are quite a bit faster and can cover more ground as well as provide great combat support.
