I "may" have spilled milk on my keyboard and just now fixed it (Had to use a tooth pick to scrape it off).

Using a fresh start (Goodbye over 3 hours worth of editing and fine tuning permissions). Oh and the new map is Hawaii.

I want to make an Icon and well I thought "Hey! Why not let the amazing people of the server help in making it!" So yeah here are the requirements

• Must say "VRP" somewhere.
  
• Must have the author's steam name
  
• (Not required but perfered) I'd like it to have a black and red theme to it

The winner of this contest will get free VIP (Normally will cost about $2 in skins), a full skeleton uniform, and some cobweb skins (approximently $3-$5).

So turns out the files that I talked about that just "deleted" themselves (the mySQL files more specifically) were never deleted I just typed in the wrong password (Like the idiot I am -.-) So now /report, /pay, /cost, /balance, /sell, etc... Many other commands work now (VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT :D)

I changed the map back to Washington (because, you know...it's awesome and all) because now modded guns, melee weapons, and ammo now spawn naturally in civilian, military, and I think camper spawns (MUCH COOL).

Rouldof guess what! I found a mod that adds bloods and crip clothes so if you want to join Rouldof in his quest to kill all of the other gang members then go ahead and join him (make sure to add [Blood] or [Crip] to your name.

Yes the Uconomy stuff is gone still -.-

I added in a plugin that basically gets rid of abuse on the server so if you see a bunch of red text on the screen take a screenshot and post it in the admin abuse folders to attempt to get the admin suspended or demoted. (This doesn't work for owners or you guys woud be reporting Rouldof left, right, and center. And besides we normally have a completely valid reason for doing those commands.)

If you see in chat "(Name) is now on duty!" Then the abuse doesn't apply to them admins may only do this to ban a rule breaker.
