Hey, you guys absolutely bungled the Steam Controller launch. Why the hell did you not do a reservation queue or limit purchases to ONE UNIT PER CUSTOMER or require Steam accounts over a certain age? You know... all the things you did for the Deck launch?

You've got a LOT of pissed off customers here. Address it. Make it right.
