Hey nerds, so Void DarkRP is back.

It's got some cool stuff, and somehow it isn't broken despite being deactivated for over 400 days so that's pretty cool.

Anyways, I'm giving out free VIP for probably the first 10 people just cause I feel like it. So, yeah, come vibe, the server is gonna be a banger!

Fixed Combine Vocals not working.

Fixed printers saying incorrect names.

Pointshop wings are no longer errors.

Increased cap for the amount of printers spawned out.

Added explaination for DJ and how to use it.

Fixed the scoreboard with broken links.

Removed the F4 menu, back to good ol' DarkRP F4 menu.

Updated crafting materials for all craftables.

Tweaked Power Armors to be a bit more unique from one another.

Fixed Darth Vader not being able to sell sabers.

Restricted Meth to Drug Manufacturer.

Fixed hitmenu for hitmen jobs.

Our server will now have a server rank?

Power Armor users take longer to drown, less damage, and have a different sound effect when drowning.

Fixed Grim Reaper's speed being all cringe, now works smoothly.

Added in new Job Category "Stupid Jobs" under Sewer Jobs.

Made sure every job is given their acceptable entity.

Big Void DarkRP update, that is very delayed!

Here it is, the long awaited update, that took longer than expected! It has a lot of new features and BIG changes to bring back the feel of the OG Void DarkRP, but with a bit 'MORE' to it!

--ADDITIONS--
Added a new job: DJ (you'll need chromium or 64bit gmod beta update to hear it!)

Added job rules command type: !jobrules and/or /jobrules to be listed your current jobs rules.

Added a small level lock on Gun Dealer (to level 3 to combat some quick trolling attempts).

Added in trading, you can trade inventory items with other players, besides dropping them.

Added Health and Armor chaging stations throughout the map in various locations. If they're drained, just wait a bit and they'll regenerate themselves.

Added every Donator Job in Pointshop, you'll be able to play donator jobs for free PERMANENTLY if you unlock through the Pointshop!

Added Power Armor: Adds extra boost to yourself and removes fall damage. These can be crafted with mining ores.

Added Job Specific weapons to be craftable with mining ores. By Job Specific, we mean weapons that are exclusively meant for other jobs. For example: Corvo's Teleporting Gun can be crafted.

Added in Water jobs, immune to drowning, they swim faster than average however are very slow on land. And some of them can regenerate health underwater.

Added in Sewer Jobs, they're to be forced to the underground portion of the map, however if seen outside they're a kill on sight. They're very powerful, but some are very slow.

Added a vendor to Gun Dealer regarding CW 2.0 Attachments.

--REMOVALS--
Removed level locked guns and items.

Removed level lock on most Jobs.

Removed Starter Printer.

--VARIOUS OTHER CHANGES--
Drastically buffed the economy, every money earning Job brings in a huge income now.

Oil got a massive economy buff.

Entities will no longer despawn when bought through F4 menu when you change jobs (except for the DJ's radio).

Starter money for new players is drastically increased.

The Bank Vault will start with a large sum of cash and will gain a large amount, it infinitely stacks.

Renamed the following printers: Better > Bronze, Good > Silver, Great > Gold.

Oil has two more extra upgrade tiers.

Purge Top Killer earns more money.

Made Prop Count cap at 100 for all ranks.

Replaced Taco's Guns (that used M9K models) with CW 2.0.

Made the casino a little bit more worth: 1 dollar = 10 gems. Plus the casino takes points: 1 point = 5 gems.

New level system entirely, it has perks, press F6 to see what you can unlock, at what level, and to activate perks!

Drastically increased the inventory and inventory bank size.

Updated Corvo's Gun model.

Entities can be accessible to just about any job now. Those who cannot buy items will be given a notice saying they don't fit the requirements.

Brand new UI system: New Hud, F4 Menu, and Scoreboard!

It's alive! It's ALIVE!

Void DarkRP's returned and is back better than ever!

The servers performance has drastically increased from how it use to be.

The economy is extremely balanced to prevent overwhelming cashflow.

The Jobs are very balanced, along with the weapons.

The server no longer feels like it's struggling to be played on, but rather wants to be played on.

VOID DARKRP RETURNS IN ONE DAY

One more day! Just a few more hours until the return of Void DarkRP!

The server has undergone many changes (quality of life ones) to improve it in the long run.

However, after release of the server, we still have more ideas planned to add to the server to keep it fresh! One of which is questing.

Plus, we'll be going about making the community more involved in new features, so you can pick what you want to see added!

VOID DARKRP, 5 MORE DAYS

The server finally returns in 5 more days! Everything is running extremely smooth!

FPS is drastically increased.
Overall optimization is incredible.
There should be little to no crashes/performance issues.
All jobs heavily balanced.
Economy heavily balanced.
XP is useful.
Join time is drastically increased.
We recommend 64 bit version of GMOD if you don't have it enabled by default, but if you don't that's ok!
We're on the tits map, v4c_v2 is no more.

We will love to hear the feedback given on release and will do our best to satisfy the wants and needs you all provide! Our developers will be ready to go crazy to fix it up!

It's coming! Void DarkRP's return! We have an official set release date! The server will return, March 25th!

We're very excited to see everyones reactions when they're able to set foot into the new server!

We worked hard these last few weeks, to optimize it a great amount, make money a worth-wild journey, make the server be as stable as possible, and much more!

VOID DARKRP SILENCE HAS BEEN BROKEN

THE SILENCE HAS BEEN BROKEN, IT'S TIME!

Void Community and Void DarkRP have been through a rollercoaster, like X2 at six flags. It's chaotic, loops going upside down, G-force making you realize you're a mortal, seeing dead every turn but the adrenaline rushing all over the place making you feel immortal.

Anyways, Void DarkRP is making a full return. It's going to be a strong return, we're going to push through the tough parts, and head straight. We won't give up and let go, even if there's road bumps.

The community will push through and find the light on the other side.

But to get straight to the point, the server is going back to how it use to always be, back in 2016 and 2017. With updated content here and there, and hell of a lot more optimization along with mass amounts of custom content that's exclusive to our server.

We have two developers along with myself working on the server now, instead of mostly just me (someone who's extremely inexperienced) and occasionally another developer, this time we're going full throttle.

We will have no awkwardness with ranking systems, no random co-owners, no earning a rank that shouldn't be possible to 'earn' but rather be given by default.

We will not have awkward applications, we're removing the +1 -1 weirdness with them, we will be very personal.

We won't be heavily focusing on one part of the server (other than continuously optimizing it) but we will make sure every needs are met, regarding economy balance, weapon balance, job accessibility, so on and so forth.

We will have extremely well trained staff this time around, who put the players first, rather than them trying to raise in ranks. We won't recruit just anyone, nor will we recruit them and abandon them, we will be very strict on providing excellent support for our players.

This servers focus, is to make it enjoyable for everyone. Our focus is to make this a community and a server that will be memorable and create more and more memories and nostalgia for years to come.

I know this announcement may be a bit over the place with no direct context, but this is just to express the hype of the community and the servers huge return.

We have a discord already remade, organized, and ready for traffic. The actual server Void DarkRP is still under development, but should be ready sometime in March 2022. I will keep you all updated.
