does it really give people every item

If they gave everyone every thing they would have no way to make money the game is free to play because they can make money of items from the store that people buy but if everybody has everything they will make no money.

I am now leaving this group because I thought that these "idlers" should be left alone and not give a ♥♥♥♥ about them and go on with my life in TF2.

so how do i get the hats and weapons without actualy spending a year or 2 to unlock them myself
