Capital is London because it's one of the oldest cities, head of earth is DC on the other hand, and us dollars cause I know the value of that, but not other currency.

good question, someone had been working on a constitution, but I don't know what happened, I would say the same rights as in Britain, America, and other 'western' nations with democratic systems(I honestly don't know..)
