A change of Leadership

The former leader has passed on leadership to me, Kalian Zeridian of Illum. Ilum will immediately join the Federation and become the new capital. We seek for a working relationship with all the factions within Spera, however we will not sit back and take idle threats. The first order of business is to begin funding for a new galaxy construction plan, more details to come later in the month when the Project will launch.
