Fearless is clearly abusing their ToS rules? Why would they write just "ToS" as ban reason instead of "ToS 1.5" or something. Writing just ToS is like writing "Rulebreak" on every ban.

Most people banned by ToS havent actually broken it.

For example my ban due to beint staff at another community running CityRP - I wasnt the owner nor did I provide the server with the gamemode.
