Is this server working? I found it's ip on a site, that proved to be wrong, and i found the server ip here, every time i try to connect it times out.
Cand anyone help me?

Server occasionally goes down and it takes a restart to fix. This won't happen when Nelson sexton releases the 3.0 version.
