Tbh, i'll just be happy if it's only 1 or 2 people dying. That seems like a good enough expectation for these kinds of things. But totally try to not die, yeah, that would be good too, but if you gotta die make it only 1 or two people.

Hey guys, the plan is that we'll start as soon as I see 2-3 more apps from different people. If not, we'll get started in a week and I'll announce a concrete schedule for main sessions. The plan for informal is that as long as you have some idea with a few friends you can grab me or one of the other online admins and we'll either participate or just make sure that nobody dies.
