Suggestion- hacker valley has othing of interest really, so no kos there, everywhere else i normal but noobs can set up in hacker valley and be safe in the early stages of the game, worldwide no kos defeats the point of rust so having hacker valley as a paradise would be good because theres nothing there to kos over, the boking and other arenas could also be there but everywhere else is kos and raid, it would also make administration easier as you only have to monitor hacker valley which is open and easy to see,
