man I wish I had searched for this group sooner. If any TF2 or LFD lan's are going on, I'd be game. I'm also a big fan of Borderlands lately if anyone wants a partner to rampage in that.

Hey everyone- I'm a new grad student here at UIUC in the theatre department. I have been looking all over campus for other PC gamers, and it looks like I finally found some! Iv'e been poked and thus summoned. Im up for any games we want to play. As already highlighted I would go for TF2 and L4D though ive never been a fan of dystopia. A LAN no matter the size would bring back some good memories for me so I'm really hoping for that.

Hey what's up guys it is good to see that some people here still play FPS's the way they are MEANT to be played. I mostly play TF2 but I have L4D and other source games, and have played Dystopia. I'll poke some of my other friends who haven't seen this to join as well. Hopefully we can set up a computer LAN sometimes this year.

I think you would all enjoy Dystopia (HL2 Mod) if you like TF2 this much. It's free, and definatly worth the download time. You should try it.

Hey guys, man it's nice to have some PC gamers in the crowd! I'm definatly up for some TF2 and L4D or I'm playing CS usually a little every night! Also, if we can generate enough interest for a good 20-30 person LAN party, I would be glad to help out. I've got a 24 port switch if needbe.

So I hear people play TF2 and L4D. I have a server for both that are hosted in Gurnee, Il (where Great America is). I can make modifications to those to make them for our group instead of my clan, or, provided with some cheap hardware and some internets, I can get some servers going here.
