Ok, I figured out how to custom name a server. Just follow these easy steps:

1- Find your TwoGuns folder. (Default C:/Program files/TwoGuns)
2- Go to "TwoGuns/Base/Server"
3- Open the .cs file "prefs" using notepad
4- Look for "$Pref::Server::Name ="
5- Change the server name.
6- Profit!
