I like how TPG dies when players actually start playing rather than a couple weeks ago when ti was always empty.

Because it's an over modified server with a poor staff.

2350, my hrs on gmod and i can promise you more than half of that was made on TPG & AGL, ever since i started to play on AGL, i donated for diamond, i met new people i made friendships, but the server is dying and we the community need to try and fix this, I would love to know why no one is joining, I would LOVE to try and fix it, and you see that spike in the people just up there? thats because of me, i was on for atleast 1 hour and i see 1 person joins, theres another then it gets to 15 people so just proving that 1 person can make a difference, thats what im here to do, im trying to make a difference and bring TPG back to life :) i hope you will help me

So, I don't have a jail for propblock (it follows the rules: keypads, fading door 6 seconds.) but it's for the greater good SM. I am now waiting for your approval or denial of what I am doing. I believe that no one will take the time to recommend me so I will never get staff.

So I hope that cleared things up and hopefully you see me as a good enough staff member who never gets recommendations from no one . I have 3 days as required and I REALLY love this server and would hate for anything to happen to it as described above. Plus, I am active, and I will be much and helpful for TPG.

SM BULLETS:
Here's what I want to ask:
I have a jail to jail RDMers, RDAers, etc. What I do while backseat moderating is I first ask others what happened, who did what, and why they think they did it. Then, I take the other person's story and I put 2 and 2 together, and usually, it's fine. Sometimes however, it was different. I let them off with a warning, saying that should they do it again, I will jail them for 5 minutes to release. The next time they do it, 10, then I will keep them in there for a SERIOUS chastisement. After that, I write down their names, ID, etc, in a Google Doc, then when I summon staff, I tell them what happened and it's then taken out of my hands and they deal with it.

CAUSE I AM ONE.
