The minimum MM rank for csgo is GN2 Im GN1 But i keep bouncing because of bad teammates/solo queue. If you are in a lower rank you will be put in the squad accordingly to your MM rank. To be in alpha you need a minimum of 500hrs. YES I do know on this acc, which is now my main, but I have officially 500-600rs total. I don't have access to my previous acc though due to being hacked.
