This should be a generic top 40 list in no order, rather then it being best to worst (in the 40). lots of people in 30's/20's that should be higher but again thats just my opinion which i guess the list is just that unless more than one persons input made this list. Argueing about i or anyone should be higher than another is just going to start toxicity rather than competitive banter.
