The behavior is the factor that plays the biggest role on a server.
You have to make a fun, lively and beautiful game atmosphere, which by
beautiful buildings, and a well-tuned game concept is completed.
The team has definitely exemplary behavior, and should not be hanging out,
that it is above the "normal" players.
Absolute No-Gos are here: insults, meaningless Kicks / Bans, senseless courage, ignorance and selfishness.
The penalties must be appropriate in every situation, and the scope of the act must be correspondingly taught in considerate manner.

Das Verhalten ist der Faktor, der auf einem Server die wohl größte Rolle spielt.
Man muss eine angenehme, lockere und schöne Spielatmosphäre bilden, welche durch
schöne Bauwerke, sowie ein gut abgestimmtes Spielkonzept vervollständigt wird.
Das Team muss sich definitiv vorbildhaft Verhalten, und darf nicht raushängen lassen,
dass es über den "normalen" Spielern steht.
Absolute No-Gos sind hierbei: Beleidigungen, sinnlose Kicks/Bans, sinnlose Mutes, Ignoranz sowie Egoismus.
Die Strafen müssen in jeder Lage angemessen sein, und die Tragweite der Tat muss dementsprechend auf rücksichtsvolle Weise beigebracht werden.
