The Kingdom of Denmark-Norway also have territories in Tier 2. Actually they have not. Denmark is split up between Prussia and Bavaria and Norway is of Prussia.

Tier 5, I lead The Republic of Ireland :P but it's in quite a state thanks to the Tier's creator.
