First of all, the name is Supposed to be Make Crates Craftable k? Now,Since crates do not help us whatsoever except for Clutter (btw i have nothing against crates i just think this would help our TF2 Economy). We should make crates Craftable in Recipes! This would Help the TF2 Economy because if crates were used in crafting then that would make them go up a little in value allowing for Players to have Less Clutter.
Ways they could Crafted:

1 Crate + Weapon = 1 Scrap. This will help the Scrap Department go down in value thus making it easier to get

10 Crates = 1 Reclaimed. This would have the same effect as the scrap
2 Crates = 1 Random Weapon No Promos
8 Crates + 1 Refined = 1 Crappy hat
