Well first of all, you can't mute people in a Steam group, you can only kick them from the group, so you can't mute them, also i'm going to give you a staff script on Skype, read it and i will put you into your training since you applied.

Ryan I’ve been trying to tell you this for a while now. can i become staff in your chicken clan group! I think i would be able to be a good trust worthy staff member! I will make sure people obey the rules and also ill make sure i do too! I think i would be good because i am a good punisher i will kick/mute/ban people that disobey the rules. Just think about it for a bit, its your choice i don’t mind starting on mod then upgrading or just starting on administrator! Please make me staff, its all your choice!
