The Server has been restored for the latest patch. Karl (The Great and almighty God of our universe), has spent the better part of 12 hours copying everyones astroids (and ships) into a new world.

You should now be able to explore a limitless universe. Just please don't go too crazy as we're not too sure how much this will cost in computer resorces.

Also, Karl and I have decided to take down the dark skybox mod due to the fact exploring would totally be pointless if you can't actually explore.

So, as you all might have noticed, the new Space Engineers has come out today (26/12/14), and it's contents are very exciting. Karl and I will be discussing about removal of the super dark skybox so you can go off and explore. However, please don't go nuts, like all patches that are released, I can almost guarntee that something is broken. So don't go exploring too far.

Unfortunately though, the new patch means that the sever is down until it's updated, and this could be a day or so thanks to Christmas/insanity ham eating. This patch has also postponed the build-a-thon for this week.

As a side note: I've been checking on their forums and im seeing some users saying that it isn't working for them. To date, I've seen users reporting that you need a clean install of the game to address this.

Hi guys!

Just letting you all know that we've (again) had to reset the map. The reason for this being is due to the "ore sensor" bug.

Unfortunately for us, the only way to fix this damn ore bug fully was a world reset (thanks for that Keen, thanks a lot, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥).

Fortunately (or unfortunately depending on how you look at it), due to last weeks bug fixing patch #7 (on the 13/12/14), the game was pretty much unplayable for almost all of us thanks to the "game exploding when using your grinder" bug.

Thank ♥♥♥♥ that was fixed this week!

Unfortunately, our the old world has been lost due to no small part from the lastest patch release, which has corrupted our astroid data (or something to that extent), pretty much the astroids despawned and all of our bases were left floating in space. Awesome.

Due to this, Karl and I have spent quite a bit of time today setting up a new server for us to play on!

The new server name is:


The server is a free for all, and each of us have our own astroid all the way out in the boonies (about 10 K from the center). Each astroid has been beaconed for you all. Just go to your respective rock and set up shop. Just be warned. When you spawn in, fly SLOWLY and be really careful!

Here are the rules for this world:

1. You're not allowed to mess with anyones things on their own astroid.

2. The center of the map is a FFA area, if you build or go out there to mine, you're fair game! (You're own rocks are HUGE, so plenty to work with).

Again, I must stress:

Be really careful flying out to your Astroid at the start of the game! It's SUPER DANGEROUS!
