There are hacks that can be turned off ingame and back on after a screenshot has been taken, also recording is an issue as some people will say they have lag and its not fair etc, also ppl can make up ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ saying oh the recording didnt work lawl, the reason why no perks makes sense for cod4 is because people could edit their dedicated servers and play with those custom settings, in mw2 you can't do that unless you host a private. You are entitled to you're own opinion about perks, but just because you think they're for noobs dosen't mean anything

What exactly are the ways you are going to ensure that their will be no hackers ? btw perks are enabled in MLG MW2
