Greetings, I'm sure many of you are aware of the dire sitation RP now finds itself in. Despite the attempts AWN has done to keep it afloat after the collapse of CoN RP continued to go into a downward spiral. Many of you have come up with, what I believe to be, great ideas to recover RP. Many of these ideas have yet to be implemented and a few are not supported as they should be.

What RP needs is someone to push the restart button. RP needs a fresh start, only then can we get ourselves out of these 'Dark Ages' and into a Golden Age, into a Rennaisance. Alfonso, Smetana, Andrew, and myself have agreed on a plan to kickstart this rennaisance. We are aware that AWN is begining to lose the momentum it had when CoN was dissolved, like CoN; AWN has also been a victim of confusion, distrust, and, to some, bad leadership. Unlike CoN it's still early to help RP recover.

We have agreed to create a new RP group, this group will not function like CoN or AWN, it will not implament laws or regulations on other groups, it will not be lead by a "Upper Council" or any sort of "higher" position than anyone else. We are aware of the complaints many of you have had with such organization, we are here to seek a sort of equality in this new group. We have also agreed that this group should not be owened by any of the previous "leaders" of RP, such as Andrew, Alfonso, or Myself but lead by someone that has equal ammounts of experiance but not the opportunity to excercise it. Smetana will be the owner of this group, but he will not be the leader of it or RP. The joint co-operation between Alfonso, Andrew, Smetana, and I, with the help of brilliant ideas from many of you, the members of RP, we can create this rennaisance and cause a new Golden Age to flourish.

Reforms that will come with this group include:

- Implementation of the RP Academy
- Economy
- Tiers
- Better Court System
- Clearer Laws
- Wars will not be stopped by this group.
- InterTier Wars, Communication, Diplomacy

Possible Plans:

- Tech
- Manpower
- Vic 2 or TW type Regions
- Pope RP (???)
- A common set of rules for combat.


Every year RP finds itself in a dire situation yet after every near death experience came a revolutionizing idea that sparked a Golden Age, let this be the idea that 2011 is to be remembered by.
