Hi all, I am trying to troubleshoot a NX510 HAS unit with a closed-center, load-sensing hydraulic system and variable-displacement axial piston pump. Under fluctuating crop density, I’m seeing pressure oscillations, delayed electrohydraulic valve response, and inconsistent torque delivery to the threshing and separation assemblies.

How can I best synchronize the load-sensing compensator with ECU-driven proportional valves to stabilize flow demand and maintain consistent torque without inducing cavitation or driveline resonance?
