Then you don't understand the meaning of a Confederacy. A confederacy is a voluntary alliance or union between states to fufill a common purpose. The states had anything less than voluntary. Perhaps a Federal Republic would be better for you. If not the Dictatorship of Germany.

Because now the group has been attacked, I doubt it will recover for a while. The elections had just finished, and I stated that when the Wars were over, the Presidential elections will happen.
