Star Citizen will be launching onto the PC in November in Alpha form and Oceanic Merc Corp will be getting in on it, big time. We've already established a small fleet so if you're interested in getting on board, check out the Star Citizen website here:

The Fox Box - DayZ Private Server (ACTIVE)

Alright, so The Fox Box private DayZ server is online now.

The server should theoretically be capable of sustaining roughly 15-20 simultanious connections with the current configuration, though I'll be testing that over the next few days.

TO GET ONLINE:

Download and install either Tunngle[www.tunngle.net] (recommended) or Hamachi[secure.logmein.com].

Once you've done this, contact me for access details.

The Fox Box - DayZ Private Server

We got tired of the mess that is public DayZ servers, so Tiggy has decided to shut down the dedicated server in America. I am setting up a private server this evening. Anyone who is interested in joining us, let me know. I'll be running it over a cable connection via VPN. This should be fine as I'm not expecting much traffic.

For now, access will be global & the address shall be 120.148.215.128:2302
Don't expect it to be constantly live for a couple of days initially. I'll be testing the platform on my gaming tower, until I sort out a machine to relegate to the task permanently, at which stage I'll lock access down to the VPN. (probably via hamachi, tungle, or something similar..)

I'll also be running a custom hive server, so your player data will be stored with our server, not with the official master server, as is the norm for private servers.

It has come to my attention that Dead Island is pretty fucking good.. SO! Because I have the next week 98% free (with a 2% margin of error) I want to see who else would be interested in some 4 player co-op mayhem!

New characters is one option, the other is a repeat playthrough with all of your decked out gear to mess with. A fight to the death shall determine the way we do it if there is a conflict of interests. >:D Good... Goooooood...

So the holiday has long passed, but what has happened since?
Well for those who don't yet know, Adrian has got his grades back for his A levels, which have allowed him entry into Portsmouth University. He'll be living on campus within several weeks time, but he'll still be around online of course. :3

That aside, life goes on. I'll also be moving moving house in 5 weeks to a rental property while my new place is being built. Construction is due for completion around January next year.

We also have two new additions to the group. :3 Leon and Kai welcome to the Fox Box. <3

WOOO. So yeah. The university semester is over now and so I have about 3 months to spend gaming with you sexy spunks!

July 1st - Foxxeh arrives in Melbourne.
July 9th - Anteh and Foxxeh fly up to the Goldcoast & Catching up with URBY! :DDD
July 18th - Anteh and Foxxeh fly to Cairns.
July 31st - Anteh and Foxxeh return to Melbourne.
