How Teams will be picked during a game

Basically from whoever is online at the time, we'll all just pick our sides really. ll I care about is playing on the same team as OrangeJuicePanda and thats it.
Most games id like to be captains mode but we can do all pick because thats fun too. We'll decide captains by just taking a vote.
