I'm getting a little frustrated with the lack of communication regarding people's ability/inability to play games.

I posted the UEC match annoucement 2 weeks ago (almost) and asked you to reply regarding your availability.

It then gets very frustrating to have to frantically search for players on the day of the match - not to mention bad for the team.
