Group for people looking for others to play TF2 MM comp.

Does anyone think the MM ranking is fair? I dont. Your rank seriously decreases when your team of newish random players loses to a more experienced player based team. So no matter how well you do or what your stats are, if your team loses, THATS IT you're being deranked. Your RANDOMLY picked team dictates weather you go up or down in the ranks. its total bs. Individual skill becomes irrelevant. All i see in matchmaking is that it is ALL ABOUT the luck of the picks you get for your team. This is highly questionable #VALVE
